Last summer we introduced an internal project revolving around sharing the knowledge available within our company for the purpose of optimising our production process. The project, which is being carried out by Craft Education, focuses on elements in our production process that are essential for making it possible to work efficiently with machines in an automated environment. The course comprises eight different modules that employees can follow at their own convenience via e-learning, supported by special meetings and internal exchange of knowledge.
